Solea, the undoubted flickr beauty queen:::
The upwards and downwards angles always offer a new and interesting perspective. I like the silky smoothness of this one, as we move out of the darkness and into the dark, middle and then light greys. The shapes and forms create eye candy for the gents and perhaps a few ladies. However, for me, it is the eye for luminosity that stands apart. Put another way, the eye for the glow of a photo. There is a whole mathematical discussion of this, but at its heart, it is the separation of the b/w contrasts from colour, or in Outdoor Photography's encapsulation of Ansel Adams thoughts, the separation of the ambient from reflected light.
